Kenneth F. Pompi, Ph.D.

Executive Director
Research and Evaluation Division
Founder’s Trust

Ken Pompi has a wealth of experience directing research and evaluation efforts within the treatment and corrections industry. He formed the Research Department for Abraxas, a treatment program for youthful offenders established in 1973. Ken assumed the leadership role in research and evaluation for Cornell Companies after Cornell acquired Abraxas in 1997. When the Research and Evaluation Department of Cornell Companies transitioned to a Division within Founder’s Trust in 2004, he assumed his current position as Executive Director.

Guided by his belief in the importance of integrated content (data) and form (computer systems), Ken’s research and evaluation groups have evolved a portfolio of data instruments and systems to provide standardized client and inmate data for assessment, performance improvement, program evaluation, and public policy advocacy.

Ken has BS, MA and PhD degrees from Canisius College, the State University of New York at Buffalo, and the University of Chicago respectively. kpompi@founderstrust.org
