Sharon Ross

Sharon Ross began her professional career after earning a BS degree in Psychology from Allegheny College. As a counselor, Sharon worked with adolescents who were dealing with substance abuse and delinquency issues before segueing into the field of research and evaluation.

Sharon is presently the Evaluation Director of the Research and Evaluation Division of Founder’s Trust. In her twelve years in the field, she has worked on a variety of projects including survey development, assessment processes, follow-up studies, literature reviews, performance improvement systems, instrument computerization, and program evaluations. Equally diverse are the populations, programs and services involved in the work undertaken by Sharon and her staff. These include juvenile and adult offenders, residential and community-based programs, and programs specializing in behavioral health, drug and alcohol treatment, sex offenders, parenting practices, and a variety of delinquency and criminal justice services.

Sharon is currently pursuing an MSEd degree in Program Evaluation from Duquesne University. sross@founderstrust.org
